I've searching for this on support site, but I don't seem to find anything related with this, is there any way to know if I have a time limit or idle time for active session on a paid subscription?

Sorry for the late response. If you have a paid subscription, support session pin codes are valid for 60 minutes. So once you generate the code and send it to your client they have 60 minutes to join the session before a new pin code will be required. Once in session, there is no inactivity timeout.
