No Ctrl+Alt+Del in Tools menu

Question

I had a user who has lost the Ctrl+Alt+Del from the Tools menu of his GoToMyPC. He is using a fullu patched MS SUrface Pro 7 running Windows 10, fully updated.

Hi @mlynch1958,

* Was your user connecting to or from the MS Surface Pro?
* What was the other device involved? 
* Did they connect through the normal GoToMyPC viewer or did they use the new GoToMyPC Client App?
