Help page says the following, there's no "Manage Family" menu item. I had a family plan, card expired and I didn't update here, so family plan inactivated. Then the help page is wrong. Infuriating.
- Select Manage Family in the left navigation.,
- Go to My Account > Update Billing Information.
Note: If you are redirected to the Family Manager Dashboard, it means that you cannot update billing information, and you must contact the Family Owner to update. - Enter your personal and billing address information in the secure form. Be sure to fill out all required fields.
- Click Save billing information or Save Changes.
