Seems like since using new GoTo app, screen saver is disabled even if GoToMeeting is not running

Am wondering if anyone is experiencing the following issue. Since starting to use the new GoToMeeting app on Windows 10, my screen saver, never comes on, neither do my monitors go to sleep. I've been a user of GoToMeeing for many years, and have not experienced this before.

Has anyone been experiencing this, and does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @pleo87508 welcome to the community. If the app is not working this shouldn't happen. Can you check with your computer OS settings and see if something may have changed?
