Scandinavian letters not supported in e-mails and blinking screen while presenting

Hi.

I have 2 issues. The first is that our confirmations e-mails now contains strange charachters when we write in swedish letters, for example Å,Ä and Ö. They are replaced by a ?. This does not look very professional.

The second issue is when we present live webinars and are showing our system, when we move our mouse the screen is often blinking alot. This we are getting alot of complaints on.

I would very much appreciate help in these 2 matters.

Hi again, we have always had the system set to english and before you did support Å, Ä and Ö? German has the same letters.

In regards to the blinking screen we use updated video drivers always. We use the latest updated Windows 10 Enterprise. We present in Powerpoint and our web based system in Chrome. We do not have this blinking problem in our system, only when we show it in Gotowebinar.

Unfortunately, Swedish is not one of the languages that we support currently. In regard to the screen blinking, can you please provide some details about the computer you are using to host and present the webinars with?

Which operating system does it run?
Have you checked for updated video drivers?
What applications are you using/sharing during the webinar?
