Hi There: I recently created a Calling Card to deploy to clients; however I was wondering if someone starts the Calling Card option and I am not logged onto the Rescue Technician site, will I still get a an email notification tellling me someone is in the queue?

Works for me - there was a slight delay so that may be why I was concerned;upon further testing it worked fine.

You will only get an email notification if you have selected that option in the settings under No Technician Available for the channel you are using for the calling card. You can either receive an email or direct them to a webpage that says no tech is available.
I just put in a feature suggestion in that group to allow both.
