LogMeIn Console Disconnecting

Hi there,

Some days and not all days, the tech console will logout by itself.

Now in the Queue Log right before it happens there is:

[2009-08-27 12:11:01 PM] Queue retrieval communication error. Error code (4), last error (1231).
[2009-08-27 12:11:01 PM] System error while retrieving queue data

Does it just not communicate with the LogMeIn Rescue server or something else?

Hi,

I got the following MSG in Rescue Console:

Timestamp : === Console started ===

Timestamp :Start Console communication error. Error code (4), Last error (1231).

I had Installed IE9 so could not use that browser, and Firefox was giving me hard time.

I tried to install the IE tab ( IE Tab Plus addon on Firefox)-> switched to IE tab and it worked, you can give that a try.

I have the exact same problem with FF 3.6 all of a sudden, I have even re-built my Laptop (windows 7 32-bit) and IE sometimes has the same issue, I have disabled my Firewall completely, I am still behind a watchguard firewall but it can't be that as I have 16 other people in the office using LMI fine!

Any Help would be seriously appriciated,

Just started getting this today in Firefox 3.6.10.

I have installed IE9 beta and in IE I get the message to say its not compatible but should that affect Rescue in Firefox??? Will uninstall IE 9 and try again tomorrow.

I understand this is a pretty old thread, however I noticed the issues was never replied to with a solution. I am currently having this issue on Firefox 3.5 (works fine with iexplorer). Have tried uninstalling the add-on for logmein rescue and restarting the computer. search of the knowledgebase returns nothing for the error codes or partial error messages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
