We have GTW integrated with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). A number of our events are not pushing through to SF and we can't figure out why. We've spoken with SF and they don't know why either. The events are not recurring events. Any one have this issue?
@JenBoehm welcome to the GoTo Community. Thanks for your question. How often is this happening? When it does occur, are you doing anything different in the Webinar than with ones that work as expected? Did you try troubleshooting by logging out of both GTW and Pardot and logging back in?
