I have submitted a support request a few days back and despite getting a confirmation that someone would 'be in contact shortly' noone has actually replied. Nor am I able to access the mycases page, it is just a blank page that is stuck in a reloading loop (not a PC issue, have tried from a different location, same result).
Nor can I find any phone number to call anyone...
So again, how do I get help here?
