webm file no image just sound: why?

Hello,

After a successful recording, cameras and mics checked, and good connections, the output file has no image. Just sound. Why and how can I fix the file and get video + sound.

Is there nevertheless a way to retrieve the recording from support? A copy from the server. It was one hour interview with an opinion leader which can't be rescheduled

Hi @Houseofethics welcome to the GoTo Community. Webcams aren't supported when it's a local recording. If you weren't sharing something on screen, there would be no image on the screen. Cloud recordings do show webcams. You can read more about this here.
