We need to change the account holder of logmein central.The user is long gone and we would like to reassign the account holder.How can we do?

If you have the previous Admin's credentials and can sign into their account:
If you do not have access, you will need to Contact our Support Team for help.
Hi @rickbern @NEXT2 to follow up on Glenn's solution, the email you are changing to must not be attached to any other LogMeIn account. If it is, please call in our support to have that email deleted so you can make it the new Master Account Email of your Central account.

If it is not working then I would suggest to click on Need Help / contact support on the right hand side. Customer care can help you in changing the Master Account Holder.
