When I click on and try to call a contact w/in the GoTo app it rings my phone like that person is actually calling me and it doesn't ring on their end????? This seems very weird. My IT was not able to help. Can someone tell me what button to press or how I can fix this?
Hi @jsands72 welcome to the GoTo Community, I see that support was able to assist with app settings to prevent excessive ringing on your physical phone. It appears you had click2call enabled, what you need to do is configure the app for outbound calls.
