Subdomains are not always equivalent e.g. Azure B2C

LastPass assumes that all subdomains are equivalent to their root TLD. This is not always the case. There are many sites that use services like Azure B2C. When companies use b2c they get a domain like foo.b2clogin.com and bar.b2clogin.com. LastPass shows all entries for both websites, which can be confusing.

 

It would be nice if there was an option to separate these.

With a rapidly increasing number of organisations moving their user management and services to Microsoft's ecosystem this is only an increasing problem with LastPass's continued intransigence to fixing yet another failure in their software. Whilst this OP incorrectly mentions the issue as a domain equivalency problem the fact that the URL Rules function within LastpAss, which is supposed to handle this and yet fails to, is both disappointing and telling.
