GTR crashed on me and when i reloaded got asked the above question. I chose EU server and have lost all access to unattended devices - anyone else had this?

Sorry for any confusion. This is an option we are working on currently that was temporarily made visible in our live environment. Once we removed it from live you should have seen your Unattended computers listed again.
