We have been busy working on GoToConnect and GoTo Customer Engagement, here are some highlight releases:

 

GoToConnect 

 

• Call volume analytics at your fingertips. Data-driven decisions are best, and we know you need visibility into the calls coming in.

• Simple setup for phones. With an easy step-by-step onboarding flow, your phone system can be set up in minutes.
• Voice Admin API access. In the API developer portal, we have clearly documented APIs to manage phone numbers, extensions, and devices.
• New softphone experience. The call experience is simpler, especially for transfer and call parking flows. Learn how to enable the new softphone experience in our support article.
• Network testing for admins. The GoTo Network test integration in the GoTo App and Admin portal allows administrators to monitor and troubleshoot system health on any network.

GoTo’s customer engagement solution launched in February 2023, and we already have new updates to share. The product team has been busy making our solution more powerful for customer interactions and boosting business growth. Check out what’s new at GoTo.
