Agreed - we too need to setup all the teacher extensions to be able to receive only the internal callers and not external calls during the classroom "School Hours". I know you recently added the Conditional Routing node, however, there is no option for the "Field" drop down to select say, "Internal Directory" to allow only internal extensions to be selected. Choosing "phone Number" is too vague and I could if using wild cards on the Value line still allow passing matching area codes, and thus, external callers. So is it possible to get an additional Field- Drop Down selection to include the Internal Directory as an option so it can compare a phone number (starts with, equals, etc.) for all internal extensions (not comparing by names, only extensions)? This should allow us to let internal callers through and prevent external callers to send them to the "no Rules" path to a voicemail. It does require possibly creating a lot of Dial Plans for each teacher/classroom needing this option, but unless you can add something under the FindMe/FollowMe section for Direct Extensions to add this conditional routing, I see no other option at this time. So we would require adding a Dial Plan with conditional routing for each classroom/teacher require this rule. Anyone able to make the Conditional Routing using existing Field options?
