I have set up the Redtail + GoTo Connect integration and I've linked my accounts, but I cant get a lot of the features to work.
I'm really looking for screen pop and log phone notes. I can't figure out how to activate those features within the GoTo Connect Windows program.
When we're on the line with a client I'm hoping to select their called ID box and enter a note for the call then have that note automatically be added to our Redtail client entry.
Any suggestions?
Right now we have our physical phone set as the default phone.
