Redtail + GoTo Connect Integration Info?

I have set up the Redtail + GoTo Connect integration and I've linked my accounts, but I cant get a lot of the features to work.

I'm really looking for screen pop and log phone notes. I can't figure out how to activate those features within the GoTo Connect Windows program.

When we're on the line with a client I'm hoping to select their called ID box and enter a note for the call then have that note automatically be added to our Redtail client entry.

Any suggestions?

Right now we have our physical phone set as the default phone.

Hi Glenn,

I do have the GoTo desktop app running when I pick up a call the dial pad counts the time I'm on the call.

I'm not sure I completed step 5 of the guide you linked to; "Select the gear icon then choose your Line"

I see a gear icon in the Integrations section of GoTo Connect, but nothing that allows me to select a line. I also see a gear icon in my GoTo admin website.

Do you have our desktop app running and open when you receive a call? After linking the accounts did you select your line?
