Will not install Rescue Technician Console

Hi everyone,

Running Firefox 3.0.13 and have the Rescue Technician Console 6.1.0.617 installed in the ad-ons. the issue is that everytime I open the Log me rescue and attempt to open the Tech console. Firefox crashes. ie it completely closes. As a result I can not access the Console. this has only occured since I started using the "new " log me rescue interface

Can access through IE so i assume there is conflict in the firefoz add ons??

Any help will be appreciated.
