Unmute All does not work

On Windows 11, I use GoToWebinar frequently. With some of my sessions I have up to 30 attendees. When I try to Unmute All, I get a pop-up to confirm, but then nothing happens. Kinda annoying to unmute 30 people one by one by one. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Hi @fpolack welcome to the Community. Does this happen every time with all the callers? There are a few things that could be happening. If an attendee is calling in, they need to enter an Audio Pin in order to be unmuted. Additionally, when you unmute everyone they will be on soft mute and need to unmute themselves. Do you ask them to unmute themselves once you unmute all? Check out this article for more information.
