They show on the right hand side of screen & when I try to edit nothing changes.

We weren't able to replicate this on our end, but can you try to change the name again and give us the time (and time zone) of when you tried to help us take a closer look? Can you provide any more details on what happens when you try to manually change the information? Is there any error message? What happens on the screen? Thanks!
