Hoping someone see's this and will help.We are trying to get the API working on the logmein side of things. It has worked up till now.Once a tech finishes a chat session its suppose to upload the chat log to jira, the API on the logmein has not worked in a couple months. Our dev team has tried for months to get support to respond but with no success.It is vital we get this working again.

So we recently migrated from Jira to Jira Cloud, now when we close chat sessions were getting this error:Reposting details of session ##### to the specified URL failed. Status code returned by server: 404.Am I missing a section of where to check the URL that its trying to access ?[ back story for more details ]Previously, when a tech would start a chat, open a jira ticket, and then post the chatlog or session id to jira, and close the chat, it would auto import the chatlog into the jira ticket. I'm guessing that the URL is different from Jira to jira cloud, and thats why in the log its saying :Reposting details of session #### to the specified URL failed. Status code returned by server: 404. because in a setting someplace it has the old JIRA url ...
