We recently started having an issue where we can't add a device to any of the groups we've created. When I choose the group to add it to it refreshes and stays in the "Not in a group" area. Anyone else having this problem?

Can confirm we have the same issue, also reported and verified yesterday - ticket open and still the same today
Yes, we have had the same problem and reported it yesterday to support. Dany in support had a remote session to our system and it looks like it is a problem within the application/hosting not at the client or remote end.
The problem seems to still be there today on both the client and web versions.
Yes. We've been using GTR for some time now. This issue just started happening in the last day or so.
