Honestly, the more I use LastPass, the more I wonder if the LastPass developers actually use or test the product.
- Unable to login? No worry, file a support ticket with LastPass...oh crap, sorry, you need to Login to do that.
- Need a one time password? Generate a one time password so you can recover you can access your account, oh crap, sorry, stupid of us, you need to log into your account to do that.
Can you explain the UX thought design behind that one especially since you don't have a customer service number so essentially if you are locked out of your account you get no help.
All browser (Firefox/Chrome/Edge) on Windows, and mobile on iOS 17.0.2/iPhone 14 Pro just logged me out of my sessions that I was just able to access passwords with and now won't accept my password or email with this wonderful message "You may have mistyped your email address. Try again.Dismiss". How does this message clarify the issue? It's a valid email, I can see it on the browser account before I was ejected.
Anyone else ran into this issue? Is LastPass down or has it been compromised again?
