After switching phones and renewed my subscription. My new phone I am logged in and can see my vault. However it says I am a free user and asks me to go to premium even though I am a premium user for a few years now with auto renewal subscription on my apple app store. Also when I enter my master password when logging in on my computer the authenticator code does not work, SMS does not send a text and call me after pressing # to verify I get an Unknown error message on my LastPass login screen. Also I cannot get any help without logging in but as I mentioned I can't log in so how does a premium member get help if they can't log in? What am I paying for then?
