Google Authenticator code not working

I was asked to re-sync my authenticator app, but now when I try to log into LastPass, when I type in my 6-digit code from google authenticator, it fails and I cannot log in. I have no idea how to proceed. I can't access my LastPass account since the 6 digit code fails every time.

I am sorry about the issues you are having trying to log in. Please follow the steps from this article to disable the google authenticator.

Once you are able to log in, please follow the steps from this other article to generate a new qr code for your google authenticator for it to start working again.
