Account recovery not working

I can't access my LastPass - please help me get access as I can't currently do any work:

I can't remember my Master password
Clicked 'forgot password'
Got the hint reminder email
Clicked 'LastPass account recovery' link in the email
Entered my email
Got the 'LassPass account recovery request' email
Clicked 'LastPass Account Recovery' (immediately, no delay)
Loads an error page saying
- "The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again."

I've tried this over and over again all day and I get the same message every time.

Please help.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. When you receive the message that the link is either expired or invalid it is due to your browser extension not having a recovery one time password available. If this does not work on any of the browsers where you have logged in before, you can also revert the last Master Password change.

Please let me know if this worked or if further assistance is required.
