Hello,

without any further details i got critical warning while trying to log in:

For your security, reset the pairing between LastPass and your authenticator method: Microsoft Authenticator

How should i do that if i cannot log in without mfa ?

Why i'm suddenly (without ANY explanation) being forced to do something what i do NOT want to do ?

Am i hacked or somebody else?

Sorry, not sure how to do a private reply. New to this site. Thx for the info. Tried a sms reset. Got a verification number, entered it and process hangs after entry. This looks like a Lastpass portal issue to the vault. Thx.

This process was set in motion for all LastPass users in order upgrade the security.

If you're unable to re-sync your LastPass MFA through a desktop (sometimes when logging in you may see an alternative login step after waiting 30+ seconds), you can request help logging in through the 'Contact' button in this support article.

If you get stuck, please click my Community name to send a Private Message including your LastPass login email address.

same problem. skipped authenticator, went thru mfa and hanging on vault access. need answer asap. time for new password manager.
