Attendee said they attended but not according to the report

Hello,

After a recent webinar an attendee received the "Sorry you couldn't make it" email but she said she did attend. Her name is on the list but it says "no" in the column for attendance.

Our attendees are using these webinars for education credits, but they have to watch the live webinar.

Any ideas?

If the Attendee Report says No and there is no join time and leave time, the attendee did not join the webinar, at least not with their personalized link.
