Clicking on the final step of adding a zero trust signature and the add device button does absolutely nothing.
Have to save so far the user experience thus far has been appalling.
Any help to "resolve" this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, thanks for the update.
We have tried all the popular browsers, different computers, Windows 10 & 11, AntiVirus disabaled etc.
Another account performed flawlessly on all of the above so it is clearly an issue with a new account.
Either way, we have given up now and moved to another product.
