For about a month now, we have had the problem that a function of GoTo crashes in our webinars after about an hour, e.g. the camera, the transmission of the presentation or both. The function is suddenly interrupted and cannot be restarted. A small rotating wheel then appears, which continues to rotate. The problem can only be solved by closing and restarting the GoTo app using the Task Manager. If you then log in again, everything works again. This is very annoying because we now have to cut every recording to remove the pause. Our customers are annoyed and complain: we should finally get our technology under control and switch to Zoom...
It happens on three different computers in three different locations in the country. We have of course reported the problem to support, but nothing changes. We were told it was due to our internet connection, which can't be true because then it wouldn't always occur after an hour and work again after restarting the app. We have been using GoTo for 8 years and have never had any problems with our internet connection. We have been advised to uninstall and reinstall the app, but it remains the same - in most webinars the error occurs after an hour. Does anyone have any idea how we could solve the problem? Support doesn't seem to be doing anything.
