We run a lot of serial webinars. These usually take place on a weekly basis and of course are not always the same and sometimes differ slightly. Sometimes we have external speakers, sometimes we don't. If we add external speakers to certain appointments, they will receive the confirmation email with the start link. So far so good. However, with this mail the first date is always given (which is then already in the past), which is of course confusing for the external speaker. We have found a transitional solution for this, but it would be great if we could change/adapt this. So the external speakers will find in their confirmation email the date in which they were added and not the first date in this series webinar.
Another point: we noticed that external speakers can play videos in their PowerPoint presentations, but there is no sound here. Could this also be changed?
