Web Chat Alert

Right now if someone writes us on our live chat, we only see it if we click on 'Contact Center', there also isn't any indication that there is a message there . Is there a way to show an alert similar to when someone messages us via text there is a red circle that appears on the 'messaging' bar with the number of messages unread.

Hi @WFI according to this article:

When new chat conversations are received, you will also see a pop-up notification in the bottom left of the GoTo app with the name of the person who chatted in (when applicable) and your current number of unread chats. This will display regardless of where you are in the app. Audible notifications can be set up from Your profile icon > Settings > Voice > Audio > Message tone.
