•   Customer Connections: A whopping total of 46 million texts (SMS) were sent with GoTo Connect in 2023. And, with 3.25 billion total number of calls, you worked hard to meet your customers where they are.
• Phone Call Enthusiasts: GoTo Connect customers spent 4.48 billion minutes on the phone in 2023. That is a lot of conversation!

• New Softphone experience: Introducing Softphone 2.0 for an easier softphone experience. This update includes new dialing and answer experience for the web/desktop app that has improved ease of use, more flexibility, and aligned platform experience. Learn More →

• Contact & messaging experience improvement: New contact suggestions based on number, instant response and new UX layout for desktop that features holistic view of all contacts in a table with an improved search feature. Learn More →

• Reliability Improvements: Back-end improvements to enhance call quality and reliability across desktop, web, and mobile apps and GoTo Admin Network testing & reporting that allows admins to diagnose dropped call and audio issues for their users. Learn More →
