I have just created an account at LogMeIn for use at my new job, however, my company actually asked me to do it through an invitation email from them. I misunderstood their instructions. I would like to cancel and delete my current account and recreate a new one with my email address that I have already used for the current account. I tried to send this request via the Contact Us page. As I was asked to give a support team a given number via phone to submit my request, I called Toll-Free: (Japan), however, the person who got my call told me that the number was not for LogMeIn support. It was so weird. I immediately need assistance to delete my account. Please kindly help me. Thanks.
