Has anyone had any success in actually canceling a subscription to GoToMeeting? I've have been trying for more than 2 weeks to cancel. Two phone calls, multiple emails, and no luck. All ofthe links on the webpage to change a recurring charge are grayed or or tie to dead links. The people that call you back say they aren't authorized. Then you get an email from a dead email address saying you need to explain why you want to cancel, but the email never gets responded to. Any suggestions?
BTW, I'm cancelling after I wasted 12 months trying to get them to fix the remote control option , which never seems to work correctly. They constantly send out updates that disable any temp fixes their support team puts in place.
I'm wondering if this is a real company, or just a scam.
