Isn't that illegal? I do not want to talk to a human being (for one thing, because I suffer hearing loss and it is not easy) and, no, I do not want to be talked into renewing at a lower rate. I also want a refund of the most recent charge (today) because, once again, Logmein pushed through a renewal without any forewarning - unlike just about every other subscription service. Again, isn't that illegal? If not, it certainly should be!
Please tell me how to cancel my subscription and get the most recent charge refunded.
