Evaluation Report Not Available on Training

Hi - we ran a GoToTraining session this morning, Training ID 911-962-684, and it's not showing up in the list to select when attempting to pull an evaluation report. We were, however, able to pull the attendee report. I went back to check the settings where it's listed in the Past Trainings and there was an eval selected. Can someone please investigate?

Question: if no one fills out the evaluation form, could that keep it from generating? We find it a little hard to believe that no one submitted an eval.

@VRLDO Not sure why the date is off. It seems like there is a time zone mismatch. You may want to reach out to customer support who can investigate if this is an ongoing issue.

Our support person discovered it was there all along with the wrong date. The attendee report was accurate:

The generate reports page only displays sessions that have occurred in the past with data to report on.

Therefore, if no one submitted an Evaluation, the session will not show up as a session you can create a report for, which is why you didn't see it previously.

As for it showing up listed as 4/16, I'm not entirely sure. Was the attendee report listed as 4/18? Have you noticed this previously with evaluation reports?

OK some weirdness...the evaluation report is in the list but it's listed with Tuesday's date (4/16) instead of today (4/18). The attendee report had the correct date but not the evaluation report.

The training was actually started at 9:48 AM EDT today, not as listed above.

Any ideas on what happened?
