Can not log in, no access to old email

Hello

I have an on going account with go to my PC with an old work email address. I cannot remember my password and have no access to the old email address. I tried to cancel my subscription at the time but the system at that time wouldn't let me. I have now been paying for this service for 2 years and haven't been using it and need to cancel it, can anyone help?
