I used to receive emails when a participant submitted a registration request, and suddenly I no longer receive a notification. My company uses a third party IT and I have checked in my Outlook folders for the emails, and found nothing in my SPAM folder. I then checked in our quarantine folder (from our third party vendor), and there weren't any registration emails in that folder from registrants.
Please let me know if there is something else that I can check or change to enable me to receive the registration emails again. I am checking the dashboard every 5–10 minutes to ensure that I do not miss any notifications.
