When I use GoToTraining and share my screen the mouse pointer is very small for the attendees but larger for me. The attendees are finding it difficult to see what I am showing them, not useful when you are delivering online training. Although I have changed the mouse settings so the cursor is bigger. Is this something that can be changed or developed within GoTo?

Changing the mouse pointer settings in windows works fine for the person sitting at the remote computer, but if I am at a remote location and log into a remote computer to do some work on that computer, the mouse pointer becomes very small as soon as I click on the remote screen and begin working on the remote computer. Hopefully, the spotlight/laser pointer will help this.

We won't be changing the mouse pointer size, but we are planning to bring back the spotlight/laser pointer feature that Classic GoToTraining had. Your attendees have the option to zoom in or out when viewing your shared desktop as needed depending on the size and resolution of their screen, but if they are having trouble seeing your mouse pointer you can make it bigger in your Windows or Mac system settings.
Any update for changing the mouse pointer size? Super difficult to follow the very small mouse pointer when using a remote computer.
