Getting speaker/audio on Bluetooth headset

I am using a Bluetooth headset on the GoTo Windows Application on my laptop. The headset is paired with my laptop, and shows as an option for both microphone and speaker in the App settings. I have selected it as the option for both. However, whilst the other participants can hear me speaking (so mic is OK), I can't hear them.

Hi @highwalker,

If you haven't already, you may want to try removing and reconnecting the headset from Bluetooth devices and uninstalling and reinstalling the GoTo app. If you still can't hear can you let me know the following:

Can you let me know the type of laptop you have?
Can you hear through the headset using other apps?
