Why are Computer permissions greyfaded?

I'm having problems with adding new accounts to our Central.

When adding usere I'm not able to choose the function "Access all computers in the account". It is grey-faded? Where do I go to make this available to choose?

Hi @AmeroHelbo welcome to the GoTo Community,

Have you checked if you have the correct permissions? It sounds like a super admin role has the option to grant this role.
