Uploaded video - problems in playback

Hello

After starting an uploaded mp4 video from the goTo app share button, 10mins into the playback the video stopped and restarted from the beginning.

I was the organiser, the one who uploaded the video, the one who started the webinar and the one who shared the video. This was the second time this happened, the first time I thought it was an anomaly, but twice a bug.

Thanks for getting back to me. Can you let me know when this happened and if you are using the new GoTo Webinar experience?

I was not viewing the materials, nothing was clicked on, the video just froze for a few seconds then started playing from the beginning again. It was fortunate that we now have a scrubber bar and I was able to move the playhead to the approximate position where the bug occurred.

There was an issue in the new GoTo app when playing a video and viewing materials, the video starts over as mentioned in this conversation.

Is this what you are experiencing?
