I am facing the same issue as well!
I've just scheduled a webinar recording on 14 June, 10am - 11am (GMT +08)
However, due to some technical issues that is not related to GTW, it resulted in us delaying the start time of the recording.
I am not sure if that is the reason why the video was not captured in the video library, because we concluded the recording at around 11.20am.
Does anyone have an idea why the video was not saved in to the cloud?
