During a webinar that I organized, the room closed automatically three times. From my dashboard, I was able to reopen the room, but all the participants had to reconnect, causing quite a few inconveniences. What could have been the problem?

It's difficult to say what may have happened, but first you can check the Organizer requirements and firewall/network requirements to see if that may be the culprit.
If that doesn't help, what happened when GoTo Webinar shut down? Were you screen sharing, for example?
How were you using GoTo Webinar? What type of Computer and operating system?
