I have left some voicemails on my extension that I now need saved to my computer, I've turned on the email transcript function for future calls but I need to retrieve my old ones to transfer. Is there a way to do that?

Welcome to the GoTo Community.
Unfortunately, the feature needs to be enabled before the voicemail is received in order to transcribe and forward.
