The current timeout for Live Lens is around 15m. My technicians commonly have calls that can last several hours of troubleshooting and currently have to keep starting new sessions. I'm told by support (ticket 20674430) that this setting is currently not configurable. Please add the ability to make this timeout substantially longer.
