Question: Within a Standard Webinar, can an attendee actually record the session if we are recording it on our end as a organizer? If so, how do we disable it?

Only Organizers of the webinar can use the built-in recording feature, however, there is no way to prevent an attendee recording what is on their screen if they really want to. There are video capture devices or they can simply point their phone at the screen and record.
