I originally forgot to add some information for the SMS compliance and it was declined. I resubmitted two weeks ago and there is never a verification of a status update. At the very least I would think it would go back to pending? I don't know what to do beyond this. AI support was useless and I depend on text messaging with my customers because that's how many of them prefer to communicate. How can I get this to work before the deadline? Help!
