Carriers began blocking unregistered outbound SMS on October 1, 2024, and 100% of unregistered outbound SMS will be blocked by December 1, 2024 due to a government-mandated regulation to prevent spam.

One other question. I noticed an error on my registration that can not be changed using the EDIT button. SMS VOLUME. I selected greater than 6k in error. My daily volume will be way under that. probably a dozen a day or so. Is there a way I can edit this or should it not be an issue? Thanks

Registration through the TCR can take a few weeks to process.

Hi @KateG we did. We are just getting an unverified status on brand registration even when we followed everything, even the name is exactly how it appears on our EIN. How to get past this? How many minutes before we know/change status to verified?
